Vacation is fun…

…but I have not exercised a lick in days. And, eaten like a pig, of course.  So, looking forward to getting back home and getting my be-hind in gear, pronto!  Weather in NYC looks great for the weekend, so reason not to get in a good run and bike ride.

First up, though, is the long drive back home from Asheville, NC.  Gonna cover the whole distance today so will be home in my comfy bed tonight!
